Bottling
"Binzume"

 Long Ago
"Sake" was filled into casks of carefully selected "Yoshino" cedar and distributed, but at the beginning of the Showa period, the distribution of bottled products was started. The photograph shows the state of moving refined "sake" in barrels into bottles.
The state of bottling work

 Today

"Sake" is packed into bottles or paper packs after instantaneous heat sterilization with a plate heater. The paper pack packing production line has a production capacity of 4000 packs/hour.
