Flavored Fried Chicken Thighs
"Tori no Nanban Zuke"

Flavored Fried Chicken Thighs "Tori no Nanban Zuke"  

Ingredients (for four people)
chicken thighs
2/3 pounds
Sweet vinegar ("nanban-zu")
8 tablespoons
wheat flour
suitable amount
soy sauce
4 tablespoons
salad oil
suitable amount
2 tablespoon
6 tablespoons
red pepper
suitable amount

1 Make holes in the chicken with a fork.
2 Cut the onion into thin circles and soak the slices in water to soften them.
3 Prepare the sauce. Mix the vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and broth, and then add the chopped red pepper (after removing the seeds).
4 Sprinkle the wheat flour on the chicken and fry both sides of the pieces in the salad oil until they change to golden brown.

Note:It is also possible to deep fry the chicken pieces.
1 Flavor the chicken in the sauce, and when it cools, add the onion slices.
2 Cut the chicken into easy-to eat pieces, and arrange them on a plate.
